COMPUTER-GUIDED IMPLANTOLOGY - FOR FASTER AND MORE PRECISE PROCEDURES WITH SHORTER RECOVERY TIME
Before any implantology procedure, planning is necessary. Today's technological possibilities allow us to plan the whole process, from implantation to the finished product, in advance. We use photographs, intraoral scanning of teeth, three-dimensional CBCT X-ray scans, and software programs for planning the operation itself, as well as software for planning the manufacture of teeth.
The basic principle of planning is to determine the most favourable position for the implant and the definitive work that accurately corresponds to the situation in the mouth.
We individually plan a template (guide) in the software that we print and use during implantation.
The greatest benefit of this procedure is for patients with complete toothlessness, for whom it is now possible to implant all implants FASTER AND MORE PRECISELY, with less pain and swelling, and the recovery period is shorter.
